Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms related to cancellation, suspension, and refunds in relation to services and business models offered by ZippyIndia, a brand of Avotima Technologies Private Limited (“ZippyIndia”, “We”, “Us”).
This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Franchise Agreement, and any other agreement executed between You (“You”, “User”, “Merchant”, “Franchisee”) and ZippyIndia.
By accessing or using the Platform or Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
- Cancellation Policy
1.1 Service Cancellation
Cancellation requests shall be considered only if raised within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the date of service activation.
If You believe that the services provided are not in accordance with what was communicated or agreed, You must notify ZippyIndia’s technical/support team in writing within 48 hours of activation at:

Upon receipt of such request, ZippyIndia’s technical team shall review the complaint and take an appropriate decision, which shall be final and binding.
1.2 Account Termination by User
If You are dissatisfied with the Services provided by ZippyIndia, Your sole and exclusive remedy shall be to:
- Discontinue using the Services, and
- Terminate Your account by giving written notice to ZippyIndia
Termination of account does not absolve You of any outstanding dues, charges, or liabilities, which shall remain payable.
1.3 Termination or Suspension by ZippyIndia
ZippyIndia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Services or accounts without notice in cases including but not limited to:
- Non-payment or delayed payment
- Negative or failed address / KYC verification
- Violation of Terms of Service or other agreements
- Misuse of Services
- Use of Platform for illegal, immoral, or unauthorized activities
- Regulatory or legal requirements
In such cases, no refund shall be payable.
- REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)
2.1 General Refund Terms (Non-Franchise Services Only)
ZippyIndia endeavors to provide quality services to its users.
Refunds, if any, shall be considered only for non-franchise, non-white-label, non-distributor services, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund request must be raised within 30 (thirty) days from:
- Date of service activation, or
- Date of service termination, whichever is earlier
- Refunds shall be processed after deduction of applicable taxes
- Refund shall be calculated only on the unused portion of the Services and strictly on a pro-rata basis
- No refund shall be provided for Services already utilized
Refunds may be issued in the form of:
- Credit note, or
- Original mode of payment
The mode of refund shall be at the sole discretion of ZippyIndia.
2.2 NON-REFUNDABLE FRANCHISE & BUSINESS MODEL FEES
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or any other document, it is hereby expressly clarified that ALL FEES PAID TOWARDS ANY FRANCHISE OR BUSINESS MODEL ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
This includes, without limitation, fees paid for:
- District Master Franchise
- Distributor Franchise
- Courier Point Franchise
- Kiosk / Sub-Courier Franchise
- White Label Model
- Any other present or future franchise, agency, partnership, or business model offered by ZippyIndia
Once paid, such fees shall not be refunded, reversed, adjusted, transferred, or claimed back under any circumstances whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- Change of decision or expectations
- Business losses or lack of profitability
- Delay or suspension of services
- Termination of agreement
- Force majeure events
- Any dispute between the Parties
You expressly waive any right to initiate refund claims, chargebacks, consumer complaints, or legal proceedings in relation to such fees.
- No Cash Refunds
ZippyIndia does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
- Changes to This Policy
ZippyIndia reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any such changes shall be effective upon publication on the Platform.
Continued use of the Services shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
