ZippyIndia apne rapidly growing logistics franchise network ko expand karne ke liye ek dynamic aur result-oriented Sales Manager – Franchise Sales hire kar raha hai.
Is role ka primary objective hai ZippyIndia ke franchise models (Kiosk, Distributor, District Master) ko pitch karna, close karna aur long-term partner relationships build karna.
Key Responsibilities:
• ZippyIndia ke franchise models ka lead handling, pitching aur closure
• Interested prospects ko business model, investment, ROI aur support structure explain karna
• Calls, meetings, demos aur follow-ups ke through franchise sales close karna
• CRM aur internal systems me leads, discussions aur closures ka proper tracking
• Marketing team ke saath coordination karke high-quality leads convert karna
• Territory / district-wise expansion strategy implement karna
• Franchise partners ke onboarding process me support dena
• Monthly & quarterly sales targets achieve karna
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Franchise sales, B2B sales, channel sales ya logistics background preferred
• Target-driven mindset aur ownership attitude
• Hindi & English communication mandatory (regional language add-on benefit)
• CRM / lead management tools ka basic knowledge
• Presentation aur convincing skills
Preferred Experience (Bonus):
• Logistics, courier, e-commerce ya franchise industry ka experience
• High-ticket sales experience
• Tele-sales + field sales exposure
