Is role ka core focus hoga Pan-India franchise expansion strategy banana, sales teams lead karna aur high-value franchise closures drive karna.

Aap directly brand expansion, revenue growth aur franchise partner quality ke liye responsible honge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Franchise Expansion Strategy
    • ZippyIndia ke Kiosk, Distributor & District Master franchise models ke liye Pan-India expansion roadmap banana
    • Region-wise targets, pricing strategy aur partner profiling design karna
    • Market research aur competitor analysis ke basis par franchise offerings optimise karna
  2. Sales Leadership & Team Management
    • Franchise Sales Managers aur executives ki hiring, training aur performance management
    • Monthly / quarterly sales targets define & achieve karna
    • Sales process, pitch decks aur closing frameworks standardise karna
  3. High-Value Franchise Closures
    • District / State level franchise deals personally handle aur close karna
    • Investors aur business owners ke saath strategic discussions & negotiations
    • ROI, revenue model aur operational support ka confident presentation
  4. Marketing & Lead Strategy Coordination
    • Digital marketing team ke saath milkar lead generation strategy design karna
    • Lead quality improve karna aur conversion ratios track karna
    • Franchise funnels, CRM aur analytics ka optimisation
  5. Franchise Partner Experience
    • Onboarding process streamline karna
    • Long-term franchise partner satisfaction aur retention ensure karna
    • Escalations aur strategic relationship handling
