Role Overview:

ZippyIndia ek proactive aur responsible Account Manager hire kar raha hai jo all franchise-related queries, daily operations, coordination aur performance management handle kare.
Is role ka core objective hai franchise partners ko smooth operations, timely support aur business growth ensure karna.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Relationship Management
   • All franchise partners ke single point of contact hona
   • Day-to-day franchise queries resolve karna (operations, billing, portal, payouts)
   • Long-term relationship build aur maintain karna
2. Daily Operations & Support
   • Franchise onboarding ke baad smooth handholding & support
   • Portal usage, booking process aur SOPs guide karna
   • Courier, operations aur support teams ke saath coordination
3. Franchise Performance Monitoring
   • Franchise activity track karna (shipments, revenue, issues)
   • Underperforming franchises ke liye corrective action suggest karna
   • Growth opportunities identify karna
4. Issue Resolution & Escalation
   • Operational issues ko time-bound manner me resolve karna
   • Escalations ko proper documentation ke saath handle karna
   • Customer satisfaction aur franchise confidence ensure karna
5. Reporting & MIS
   • Daily / weekly / monthly franchise reports banana
   • Management ko performance insights provide karna
   • Data accuracy aur compliance ensure karna
6. Compliance & Process Adherence
   • Franchise agreement terms follow ho rahe hain ya nahi monitor karna
   • Branding, pricing aur operational SOP compliance ensure karna

Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Strong coordination & problem-solving ability
• MS Excel, CRM aur reporting tools ka working knowledge
• Time management aur multitasking skills
• Client handling & relationship management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in logistics, courier, franchise management, channel sales
• CRM / ERP exposure
